Legal Assistant

The Legal Assistant, will assist with many of the day to day activities and has a lot of interaction with clients. The legal assistant will handle most of the follow up phone calls, correspond back and forth with clients via email or the case management system, sends out letters, collects documents and many of the other day to day task. The Legal Assistant cannot answer legal questions, but can relay information that Attorney Gibbs has provided to give on a case. The Legal Assistant handles many other behind the scenes activities that help keep the office organized so things flow efficiently and effectively.

 

Receptionist/Office Assistant

The receptionist handles greeting and meeting clients and will be your point of contact before the office is officially retained. The receptionist also handles many other behind the scenes activities that help keep the office organized so things flow efficiently and effectively.

Office Manager/Client Services Coordinator/ Business Development Director

This individual handles all of our client and prospect follow up after consults and during and after cases. The client services coordinator is instrumental in keeping the world up to date with what’s new at TNG Legal! You may receive a phone call, email or postcard from our client services coordinator to get your feedback on how we did! We strive for excellence and value your feedback so we can ensure we always maintain a high level of professionalism, kindness, support, and zealous advocacy our clients need! You may see our client services coordinator out in the community handling outreach and building relationships!
